Your Rights and Responsibilities

It is important to be aware that this program had traditionally been intended for those ODSP recipients who were living with HIV. And Although we currently offer services to anyone accessing ODSP regardless of HIV status, Employment Action shares workspace with ACT. ACT works directly with marginalized communities living with HIV; particularly those in the LGBTQ+ communities. Both Employment Action and ACT engage with you in relationships that encourage accountability. You are assured of appropriate and professional programs and services and are also expected to interact in a manner that demonstrates respect and responsibility towards diversity in a sex-positive space. If you feel that this is not the right atmosphere for you, please let us know and we can direct you to other relevant employment services.
