Our Story

Employment Action has been successfully providing innovative employment services since 1999. We began as a dedicated team committed to addressing the growing need of HIV-positive job seekers needing support in gaining and maintaining meaningful employment. We have since expanded our mission to work with folks who are accessing ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program) income Supports, regardless of HIV status.

Our early achievements have allowed us to grow and continue to provide job seekers comprehensive pre-employment supports, job search coaching and strategies, resume and cover letter assistance, interview preparation, and job retention services.
